Carenze funzionali e strutturali. Alla scuola italiana manca tutto. Colpa dell'inettitudine politica e della superficialità amministrativa dei ministri dell'istruzione. Ma soprattutto dell'ottusa miopia di premier e ministri dell'economia. E così le nostre scuole, di ogni ordine e grado, crollano.
