Oggi abbiamo nuovamente occupato la sede delle Misericordie, l’ente che ha accettato di gestire la galera etnica di Bari – S. Paolo.
La retorica umanitaria dietro la quale si nascondono i responsabili delle Misericordie disvela contraddizioni e sospette irregolarità.
Le contraddizioni sono quelle di chi è chiamato a fare il secondino sotto le false spoglie del volontariato umanitario: le Misericordie affermano today that they will implement, within the CPT, "projects of rehabilitation and socialization."
But what are we talking about?
We know, however, that the sole function of CPT is the detention for the purpose of forced repatriation. We submit that the complaint today in the eyes of all is that the management of these places is carried out by various players in the sector: this private social organizations, as well as certain church, instead of pressing the edge of the right to shoot them down, and rights to expand and multiply spaces of existence, has become infamous in the middle of that mandate "normalization" and became pure humanitarian functional business practices of control and social exclusion.
We have made public the request of the Convention signed between the Mercy and the Prefecture of Bari / Ministry of the Interior.
The convention, which would clarify the economic dimension of the humanitarian aid business, is kept hidden by the operator. The documents requested are covered by an impenetrable secret: it seems that the Minister Pisanu has imposed silence on acts that by law are public.
We wonder if it can be defined as rule of law, what in fact is a state of exception.
We wonder how can an entity "moral" as the Misericordia, working in the shadow of serious omission. We call on the prefect
Blonda to ensure transparency in the conduct their duties and not to meet the needs of the proposed electoral Pisanu ..
